W. D. “Dwight” McComb earned a chemical engineering degree before deciding that a career in medicine was his true calling. He is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in wound healing and hyperbaric medicine, currently serving as the medical director of wound care services for the largest non-metropolitan hospital in America. 

 

His books have garnered numerous awards, but with every keystroke of The Truth that Lies Between, Anatomy of the Truth, and Truth on the Brink, his goal has been to create and share astonishing stories drawing readers into the adventures of characters they will never forget.

He is the proud father of three children and lives in northeast Mississippi with his wife and whichever of the children happen to be home at the moment.
